This page explains what Kronos Consulting Services ("Kronos", "we") collects when you visit kronos.com.bd, fill in a form, message us, call us or answer one of our Facebook lead forms.
Who we are
Kronos Consulting Services is a consultancy based in Bangladesh. You can reach us at support@kronos.com.bd.
What we collect
Only what you give us, plus basic information about how the site is used:
- Contact form: your name, phone number, business name or Facebook page, and what you want help with.
- WhatsApp and phone: your number and the messages or call details you share with us.
- Facebook lead forms: the answers you submit in the form.
- Site and ad measurement: which page you visited, the ad or link that brought you here, your language and your device type. We use analytics and an ad pixel for this only once they are switched on, and only to understand which ads bring real enquiries.
Why we collect it
To reply to you, to prepare a quote, to provide the service you ask for, and to see which of our ads and pages lead to real conversations. We do not sell your details.
Who it is shared with
We keep your enquiry in a private list that only the Kronos team can open. We use these services to run the site and our ads, and they process data for us:
- Google (our lead list, email and, when switched on, site analytics).
- Meta (Facebook and WhatsApp, and when switched on, the ad pixel).
- Cloudflare (hosting and delivery of this site).
How long we keep it
We keep lead details for 24 months after we last spoke with you, then delete them. Records needed for an active customer relationship, invoices or legal obligations are kept as long as they are required.
Correcting or deleting your details
Email support@kronos.com.bd and tell us what to correct or delete, using the phone number or name you gave us so we can find your record. We will confirm when it is done.
Changes to this page
If we change what we collect, we will update this page and its date before the change takes effect.
